SPONSOR & ADMINISTRATOR:
The Win Big with GM Mechanical contest (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by GM Mechanical and administered by Retailors Group Inc., 5650 Tomken Road, Unit 14, Mississauga, Ontario, L4W 4P1 (the “Administrator”).
ELIGIBILITY:
This contest is open to legal residents of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, Administrator, and any of their respective affiliated companies, advertising or promotional agencies, and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter. By entering the contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
CONTEST DATES:
The contest begins on Thursday, March 28, 2025 at 9:00 AM ET and ends on Monday, March 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Contest Period”). Entries received after the end of the Contest Period will not be considered.

PRIZE:

The prize must be picked up in person at GM Mechanical, 645 Newbold Street – Unit B, London, Ontario N6E 2T8, at a mutually arranged time and date.
Prize has no cash value and is non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
ODDS OF WINNING:
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received before the Contest Period ends.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION:
The winner will be selected via a random draw conducted on Thursday, April 3, 2025 at 10:00 AM ET at the offices of the Administrator. The selected entrant will be notified via email within two (2) business days of the draw.
To be declared the official winner, the selected entrant must:

Respond within seven (7) days of notification.

Correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question.

Provide proof of identity and eligibility.

Sign a Declaration of Compliance and Release Form.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Any personal information provided will be used solely for the purposes of administering this contest in accordance with privacy laws.
